 My order arrived damaged, can I get a replacement?

Yes, of course! We always want you to get a product in perfect condition. Please send us an email at envoy@vasichart.com and we will help you get it sorted out. If the shipping box was damaged please include photos of the box, this helps us make a complaint with DHL. Also, please send us photos of the damaged product.
